Can you work with CAD, SketchUp or Revit files?

Let us know the software, version and available exports. We will review a sample and agree a suitable exchange format before starting; native-file compatibility and model preparation are confirmed for each project.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the scope, available information, number of views or drawings and review stages. We discuss a realistic schedule after reviewing the brief and identifying the decisions needed from your team.

How many revisions are included?

The proposal defines the review rounds, approval stages and included changes. Changes to an approved brief or additional deliverables are discussed before any extra work begins.

Can Yunqi work white-label for design studios?

We can discuss a production role within your studio workflow. Branding, confidentiality, file handover and communication responsibilities must be agreed before the work starts.

Can you provide construction drawings?

Yes. Interior documentation can include agreed plans, elevations, sections and details. The package is scoped around the design stage and local delivery team; statutory approvals and licensed sign-off are coordinated with qualified local professionals.

Can you work on overseas projects?

Yes. We collaborate remotely with international clients and teams. We agree the information exchange, review schedule and local coordination responsibilities for the project.

How do payments work?
